nepal earthquake

The Force of Creation is not imaginable and endures forever. Psalms 19 verse 9. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Nepal affected by the earthquake.

baby old testament

This weeks Old Testament reading, from the tradition of Christian, Muslims and Jews, is the twenty-seventh reading called Tazria (תזריע), which means “she conceived.” Childbirth remind us that the Force of Creation is within each of us and we are connected and ONE with the Divine. It is not to be regarded as just ordinary life but rather life that gives life and is part of the flow and beauty of Creation. Amen Spiritual (Abrahamic) Judaism- One People World United

No sooner was Abraham (the Father of Muslims, Christians and Jews) weaned — and he was but a small child — that his mind began to seek and wonder: How do the heavenly bodies orbit without a moving force? Who moves them? They cannot move themselves! Immersed amongst the idol-worshippers of Ur Casdim, he had no one to teach him anything; his father, mother and countrymen, and he amongst them, all worshipped the physical aspects of Creation like idols, money and other physical things. But his heart sought, and came to know that there is a Force that connects and is ONE with ALL of physical Creation… (The words of Maimonides, in his Code of Jewish Law) Now my friends, scientists have found the so called God particle. And what is the God particle? (See the You Tube video below about the God particle) The God particle is the Force that connects ALL matter. So you see, scientists found exactly what Abraham experienced and is the basis of Christianity, Islam and Judaism that there is a Force that Connects all matter and Existence and connects each of us to Creation. We are grateful May my brother Jonathan Lindley Harris (1954-1997), a person who truly understood connecting with others and the Spirit of Creation above the physical, rest in eternal Unity with the Force of Creation. Amen May Blessings and connection with the Spirit of Creation be with each of you on this day of rest and ALL days Amen

It is related that Abraham, the father of Muslims, Christians and Jews, wore a pearl or precious stone on his neck, which brought healing (Tosefta Kiddushin.) Not much is known of this stone other that it’s power perhaps came from a combination of Abraham’s belief in the Oneness of the Spirit of Creation and his innate gifts that he encompassed as a humble and compassionate man. Abraham teaches us that with such a combination anything is possible. The stone serves as a conduit or a touch point for Abraham to feel a closeness to the ONENESS of the SPIRIT that flows through ALL of Existence and for others to feel that closeness. People realize that they need help to attain Inner Peace and healing. Some find it in touch stones such as Abraham’s amulet. They may wear a hamsa, or mezuzah, a cross, an om , a buddha, or even a locket or stone that reminds them of their connection to the ONENESS and their tradition. But true Inner Peace and healing needs us. The stone is just a stone until someone fills it with their consciousness of the ALL. . When we pray, we connect and are conscious of the Oneness of the ALL, in whatever is our faiths. It is through this consciousness that Inner Peace and healing can begin. And when it is coupled with a peaceful, humble , and compassionate life then great world healing can begin. Our hope for each of us is that we can connect to our selves, each other and the ALL with the attributes of Abraham and find Inner Peace and healing. With gratitude for this day of rest and ALL days. AMEN

The human spirit can endure a sick body, but who can bear a crushed spirit? Proverbs 18:14 Proverbs is part of the Old Testament (Torah) and is believed to be, in part, from the wisdom of King Solomon. When our body fails us, we most clearly experience the Spirits connection with the Divine. Our friend Richard Bernstein was born blind. Recently, he was hit by a bicyle which broke his teeth, hips and other parts of his body. He spent ten weeks in the hospital and months in rehabilitation. He speaks about his Spirits connection with the Divine on this video:

The Spirit of the Divine has made me; the breath of the Almighty gives me life. Job 33:4

Elijah, the prophet reverred in Christianity, Islam and Judaism as the harbinger of Inner Salvation, lay down under the tree and fell asleep. Suddenly the Spirit moved him to “Wake up and eat.” He looked around and saw a loaf of bread and a jar of water near his head. He ate and drank, and lay down again. The Spirit returned and woke him up a second time, “Get up and eat, or the trip will be too much for you.” Elijah got up, ate and drank, and the food gave him enough strength to walk forty days to Mt. Sinai, the holy mountain. There he went into a cave to spend the night. The Spirit had moved Elijah to go back to Mt Sinai and bring back again the message that Moses had brought back of consciousness of the Divine to the people but that the people did not understand. The Spirit spoke to him “Go out and stand on top of the mountain,” Elijah went to the top of Mt Sinai and expected the Spirit to come in a furious wind that split the hills and shattered the rocks—but it was not in the wind. The wind stopped blowing, and then there was an earthquake—but the Spirit was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake there was a fire—but the Spirit was not in the fire. And after the fire there was the soft whisper of a voice. When Elijah heard it, he covered his face with his cloak and went out and stood at the entrance of the cave. An the Spirit spoke to him, and Elijah understood that Spirit can be heard in ALL things in a soft whisper within himself. And when Elijah returned from Mt Sinai he said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the connection and ONENESS with the Spirit that runs through ALL of Creation that was broken down.” (Book of Kings 1-19)

In the tradiation of Abraham (Ibrahim), the spiritual father of Christians, Muslims and Jews), in the Old Testament (Torah) there is a DIVINE mediation. The mantra is: DIVINE our CONNNECTION, DIVINE is ONE. Deuteronomy 6:4 (ONENESS MEDITATION/ SHEMA MEDITATION) This MEDITATION if repeated daily brings a consciousness of our CONNECTION and ONENESS with the DIVINE FORCE that connects ALL of Existence. Through this consciousness, we can find Peace. ABRAHAMIC (SPIRITUAL) JUDAISM- ONE PEOPLE WORLD UNITED

Blessed is the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit of the ALL and the Holy Spirit of our fathers, the Holy Spirit of Abraham, the Holy Spirit of Isaac and the Holy Spirit of Jacob, the great, mighty and awesome Almighty Spirit that flows through ALL of Creation, exalted Holy Spirit, which bestows bountiful inner peace, which creates all things, which connects the Patriarchs, and which, in love, brings a redemption to their children’s children, for the sake of our Unity in the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit our aid, savior and shield. Blessed is the Holy Spirit the Shield of Abraham. Amen The Amidah prayer is said each morning. The central part is the first blessing recited above. Each of us has two ways of consciously connecting to the Holy Spirit. One is through our being a continuation of the relationship with the Holy Spirit that was established by our Patriarchs as well as our own antecedents (parents, grandparents, and all of humanity) The second is the consciousness we personally establish with the Almighty Spirit that runs through ALL of Existence. During the Amidah prayer, we bow twice in recognition of both of these ways of being conscious of the Almighty Spirit that flows through ALL of Creation. The Book of Job tells the story of a man named Job, who found a consciousness of his oneness with the Divine. Job was very prosperous. He had seven sons and three daughters. However his faith is questioned by non-believers as being solely due to his prosperity. All Job’s possessions are destroyed: 500 yoke of oxen and 500 donkeys carried off by Sabeans; 7,001 sheep burned up by ‘The fire of God which fell from the sky'; 3,000 camels stolen by the Chaldeans; and the house of the firstborn destroyed by a mighty wind, killing Job’s ten children. Still Job knows that he is connected in the ONENESS of the ETERNAL. He shaves his head, tears his clothes, and says, “Naked I came out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return: I have found possesiions and lost possessions but i am forever part of the ETERNAL SPIRIT. As Job endures these calamities without losing his consciousness of his being part of the ETERNAL, Job is afflicted with dreadful boils, and Job, seated in ashes, scrapes his skin with broken pottery. His wife prompts him to “curse The ETERNAL, and die,” but Job answers, “You speak as one of the foolish speaks. Moreover, shall we will live in harmony with the ETERNAL?” Three friends of Job, Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite, come to console him. A fourth, Elihu begins talking in Chapter 32 and plays a significant role in the dialogue, but his arrival is not described. The friends spend seven days sitting on the ground with Job, without saying anything to him because they see that he is suffering and in much pain. Job at last breaks his silence and “curses the day he was born.” But his consciousness of the ETERNAL SPIRIT tells him that there are so many things he does not know about how this world like how it was formed or how nature works, that he should consider The ETERNAL as being the UNIVERSE greater than the thunderstorm and strong enough to pull in the leviathan with a fish-hook. The story ends with Job”s faith in his connection and ONENESS with the ETERNAL FORCE of CREATION in place and restored to health, with a new family and twice as prosperous.
